Stewardship Moment: “Because there is one bread, we, who are many, are one body, for we all partake of the one bread.” 1 Corinthians 10:17 As disciples of Jesus, we are called to lead holy lives & invite others to join us. We are called to be fed and to feed others. Living a stewardship lifestyle, being grateful and generous with our gifts, serves a twofold purpose. One, it helps build God’s kingdom here on earth. Two, it helps us strengthen each other’s relationship with God the Father, Jesus, & the Holy Spirit. It becomes our roadmap to Heaven. Let’s help each other get there!

Blessing of Fields: Anyone wishing to have their fields blessed, please call Fr. Leier to make an appointment, and he would be happy to come and bless your fields.

Former Nativity Set: Sacred Heart’s old outdoor nativity figurines need a new home
(14 pieces). Condition: rough, needs repair/painting. If you are interested in this set, please submit your name and a freewill amount you are willing to donate if your name is selected. Call the parish office or drop in collection basket by June 16th, and one name will be drawn/offered. The donation will be used towards our church environment fund. To see the set in person, contact Virginia during office hours or Angela Boeshans outside of business hours (650-8857).

Women’s Care Center Luxury Bingo: Tues., June 16th – 6 pm at The Odessa at Eastbay Event Center, Warwick, ND. Sacred Heart Parish is proudly sponsoring a table for this wonderful fundraising event! Our table includes seating for 8 guests, food, drinks and bingo cards for each game played. You can purchase individual tickets for $100/person, registration deadline online is June 8th. Holy Father’s Prayer Intention for June: Let us pray that sports be an instrument of peace, encounter, and dialogue among cultures and nations, and that they promote values such as respect, solidarity, and personal growth.

Mass on Sunday, June 14th will be changed to 8:30 am in Sykeston as Carrington will be celebrating their Sacred Heart Feast Day with a potluck picnic after an 11:00 am Mass in Carrington on Sunday, June 14.
