Stewardship Moment: ”Whoever exalts himself will be humbled; but whoever humbles himself will be exalted.” - Matthew 23:12 The world celebrates people in the spotlight and those who have the most of everything. We think celebrity, money and possessions are the key to happiness. Yet, our world is filled with more loneliness, anxiety, and depression than ever before. The lives of the saints show that the key to a happy life are relationships. Relationships with God and each other. Trust is the foundation of any good relationship and humility is the seed of trust.

There will be an All Souls Mass on Monday, Nov. 2 at 5:30 pm at Sacred Heart Church.
Kensal Mass Schedule: Starting SAT., NOV. 7TH – Mass at St. John’s in Kensal is back to 4:00 pm through the winter months until the time change in the spring.

National Vocation Awareness Week: November 1-7 is the annual week-long celebration in the Catholic Church in the United States dedicated to promoting vocations to the priesthood, diaconate, married and consecrated life. It’s a time to renew our prayers and encourage and support those in our families, our parish, and our diocese who are considering one of these particular vocations.

Women’s Silent Retreat for Beginners: Nov. 19-22, 2026. If you have never been on a silent retreat, are curious as to what it is about, or want to deepen your understanding of the Spiritual Exercises, this retreat is for you. Father Andrew Jasinski will be the retreat master. Find all details by visiting www.fargodiocese.org/womens-retreat .

Holy Father’s Prayer Intention for November: Let us pray for the proper use of wealth, that not succumbing to the temptation of selfishness, it may always be put at the service the common good and solidarity of those who have less.
