Stewardship Moment: “They all ate and were satisfied. And when the leftover fragments were picked up, they filled twelve wicker baskets.” (Luke 9:17) The story of the Loaves and Fishes shows us that when you share what you have, even if it doesn’t seem like that much, miracles can happen! Do not think that your gift is too small or insignificant! Each of us has a role in God’s plan; you just need to place your trust inthe Lord. Nothing is impossible with God. You just may be the answer to someone else’s prayer.
 

Blessing of Fields: Anyone wishing to have their fields blessed, please call Fr. Leier to make an appointment and he would be happy to come and bless your fields.

On Retreat: I will be attending my annual retreat this week. I depart on Sunday afternoon and I will return Friday afternoon, just in time to celebrate Sacred Heart Parish Feast Day’s Mass and Picnic! Please pray for me as I take this time for spiritual renewal. Weekday Mass, Adoration, and Confessions are cancelled while I’m away. Rosary and Daily Readings will take place Mon-Thu at 7:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart.
